Why do we GIVE?

When you give in your church as an act of worship, you are becoming more of the person God wants you to be.

All of the gifts we have are from our generous and loving God,

and when you give, you are tangibly

making a difference in someone’s life.

GIVING DRAWS US

CLOSER TO GOD.

St. Mary's Encourages You
To Become...

  • Planned Givers (designating money in your budget to give)

  • Priority Givers (giving to God first before other expenses)

  • Percentage Givers (giving a percentage, not a dollar amount)

  • Progressive Givers (increasing the percentage regularly)

With your faith commitment,

St. Mary's will

continue to:

  • Grow and strengthen our youth programs, building a strong faith foundation in the next generation of our parish.

  • Expand our adult ministry, pastoral care, and small groups programs.

  • Maintain our beautiful facilities and create comfortable gathering spaces.

  • Form and train a talented parish staff to advance St. Mary's mission and to help the Parish to flourish.

  • Increase our community outreach, through both new and established ministries.

Path to Giving Stewardship Commitment

Giving involves a personal decision we must make for ourselves and our families.  The mission of St. Mary's is "God First. Loving Others. Making Disciples."

We ask that you think about and pray over your commitment for the upcoming year.  Answer some important questions:

  1. What type of special place does St. Mary's hold in your heart?

  2. What has St. Mary's Church done for you and/or your family?

  3. What role do you have in St. Mary's mission?

  4. How would you like to see St. Mary's continue to reach out into the community through its good works?
