Faith Formation

Registration for the 2013-14 year has begun and will continue until Sept. 1st.

Our classes are held on Sunday mornings from 10-11 am at St. Mary's/St. Alphonsus Catholic School building and run from mid-September until early May excluding vacation and Holiday weekends.

The fee per student is $40, with a maximum of $100 per family. Checks should be made payable to St. Mary's Church.
For those children preparing for First Eucharist, there is an additional $10 materials fee.

PLEASE NOTE: NO Registrations can be accepted on the FIRST DAY of classes due to the safety policy. ALL students must be registered BEFORE attending Class. If you have questions, please call or email us. If you need a Registration Form, you may click below:

The Family Faith Formation Program is an alternative to the Sunday morning program. All family members attend together on 2 Wednesdays per month. For more information, please call Jo Kaczmarek at 792-0989 ext. 15. The fee per family is $45.
